Good chair, delivery issues

I ordered the Grand-Serenity 8D A.i. Massage Chair a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about 10 days to reach my home in Florida, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it was coming from the UK, so fair enough. They offered white glove delivery, which was helpful since the chair is huge. The setup guys were professional. As for the chair itself, the 8D AI technology is impressive; it really does adapt well. I had a small question about one of the pre-set programs, and customer support got back to me within a day. Overall, a solid product, but wish delivery was a tad quicker.

Mine came mostly assembled, just had to attach a few bits and pieces. Nothing too crazy, but definitely a two-person lift getting it into place.

Yeah, they usually do white glove delivery which includes setup. I got the Cocoon II last year and they put it all together for me, so you don't have to worry about it.
